Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days after your order has been shipped.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During busy periods or sales, processing may take up to 5–10 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on local orders over SGD60.
For orders below SGD60, a flat shipping fee of SGD8 applies.

At the moment, we only offer local shipping. Please stay tuned for future international shipping updates.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.

You may return an item within 14 working days from the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied.

Returned items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
